At MonPoke, we offer pre-order opportunities for selected Pokémon and hobby products that may not yet be available for immediate shipment. This policy explains how pre-orders work and what customers should expect when placing a pre-order.


1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to reserve a product before it becomes available for shipping.

Pre-order products are clearly identified on the product page before purchase. The estimated release date or shipping timeframe will be provided when available.


2. Payment for Pre-Orders

Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated during checkout.

By placing a pre-order, you authorize MonPoke to process payment and reserve the product for you.


3. Estimated Release and Shipping Dates

Pre-order release dates are estimates provided based on available product information.

Actual availability may change due to:

  • Manufacturer delays

  • Supplier changes

  • Shipping delays

  • Unexpected inventory issues

  • Other circumstances outside of our control

We will provide updates when significant changes affect your order.


4. Shipping Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together after all items are available unless another arrangement is communicated.

Additional shipping charges may apply if separate shipments are requested.


5. Pre-Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are only accepted before the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.


6. Pre-Order Refunds

If a pre-order item becomes unavailable due to circumstances such as supplier cancellation or discontinued availability, MonPoke will contact affected customers and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.


7. Limited Availability

Some pre-order products may have limited quantities available. Availability is not guaranteed until your order has been confirmed.

We recommend placing pre-orders early for products with high demand.


8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Estimated release dates

  • Order information

  • Shipping address

before completing a pre-order purchase.
