1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

2. Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or product protection reasons, including:

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. MonPoke is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
