Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order details.

Any available free shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
